**Your future role**:
**A bit about your new role**:

- Support the Automation & Robotic Leader in new robotic cell integration
- Lead and support development of standards and program structure
- Propose improvement of robotic assets, process optimization
- Responsible to put in operation the robotic cells
- Support maintenance team in troubleshooting
- Definition of technical specification for new installation / new machine functionality
- Carry out the functional analysis of the installation & support integrator in this task
- Ensure all automation safety for automation systems are assessed and in place
- Master robotic programs provided by the suppliers
- Define upgrades on existing equipment (process improvement, mitigation of machine weaknesses, etc)
- Be able to modify / qualify new robotic programs based on production need (dry runs, offline simulation)
- Support integrators in new project implementation (documentation review, PFMEA, project follow-up,etc )
- Participate to Design Review for new robotic project installation
- Participate to the machine acceptance test (all functionality tests)
- Be able to adjust machine settings & make cell calibration
- Make simulation of new 3D cell via offline programming
- Define robotic operator training strategy, competency requirement (operator training, basic programming training)
- Training program for Operators (Internal/External)

- Experience on implementation of automated and robotic lines on industrial environments
- Experience managing complex projects
- Knowledge of welding and/or surface treatment special processes
