**You'll be responsible for**
- Administrating the Underwriting and Discount Authority Database, including ensuring that the Database is current by updating authorities as approved by the business.
- Maintaining the Intranet pages which Technical Governance are responsible so it is current and relevant.
- Administering the team’s central /shared inbox.
- Seeking out opportunities for continuous improvement in the administrative tasks, policies, and procedures overseen or managed by the team and implement improvements.
- Undertaking projects that require research, analysis and resolution or recommendations to management.
- Collating data for regular and one-off reporting and dashboards as required within the remit of the Technical Governance team either in support of or in the absence of the Underwriting Governance Analyst.
- Supporting members of the Technical Governance team and its purpose.
- Various tasks as required.

**About you**
- Experience in administrative and coordination activities ideally in a complex matrixed organisation.
- Minimum of 5 years in the insurance industry.
- Demonstrates high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy combined with the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
- Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, establish and maintain strong professional relationships, and influence outcomes.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity.
