The Role:
Your responsibilities will include leading technical initiatives, collaborating with our highly skilled enterprise platform services team, providing hands-on expertise in Mule 4 integrations, and managing and mentoring a team.

In your first few weeks in this Technical Lead role, you can expect to:

- Lead technical initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of projects
- Collaborate with Customer SMEs to define To Be Business Processes
- Prepare functional specifications
- Act as the point of contact for the Client for functional aspects and act as a bridge between the offshore team and the Client
- Support API architect to design and develop the Common Service frameworks.
- Strong people management experience, providing hands-on expertise on the latest version of Mule 4
- Hands on development and ability to perform tech analysis of code across Java, Groovy, Shell script and Node.js
- Strong knowledge of EAI/SOA best practices, development methodologies, and standards
- Experience in Application Development using Mule ESB and SOA technologies and API management using MMC and Anypoint platform
- Experience with SOAP and REST web services and be well-versed with the Spring Framework
- Experience working with the development of APIs - Consumer and Producer.
- Experience with CICD and cloud technologies (AWS Serverless)
- Experience with API code reviews within an API development team ensuring the team is following best practices
