Haymans Electrical are a leading wholesaler in the electrical industry. They form part of MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM), a successful national organisation with a branch footprint of over 360 stores.

**The Role**:
Haymans Gympie are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual with proven experience in the electrical industry, to take on an inbound Sales position. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks involved in the day to day running of the electrical wholesale business.

Some responsibilities**:

- Counter & Phone Sales, servicing electrical, industrial or lighting contractors.
- Processing & follow up on customers’ orders, quotes and telephone enquiries.
- Managing expediting export or industrial project orders to strict timelines.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
- Working with the sales team to achieve daily branch requirements.
- Building and strengthening key customer relationships.

Full time hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. Based in Gympie, QLD

**About you**:

- Experience in customer service and sales is essential.
- Experience in Electrical is essential
- Excellent follow through, common sense and the ability to solve problems
- A business mind and the initiative to seek out new opportunities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A current drivers licence
- Full Australian working rights
