**About the Role**

This role involves ensuring both external and internal customers are supplied with the correct parts in a timely manner, whilst always maintaining high customer service standards on the phone, counter sales and between branches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process spare parts orders
- Creation of new part numbers on the DMS and placement of orders
- Assist staff members with inventory management
- Receipt incoming parts orders, branch transfers & external suppliers
- Provide staff with a technical assistance and general support
- Problem solve customers’ requirements

**Role Requirements**:

- Competent level of literacy and numeracy skills
- Suitable computer keyboard skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Customer service focus
- Ability to present a professional, friendly, and approachable image
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Capacity to work autonomously
- Must have an enthusiastic and adaptive approach to your position
- Pentana ERAlink experience preferred
- Problem solving skills
