**About Our Client**:
Page Personnel has formed a partnership with one of Perth's prominent oil and gas companies. This client is actively engaged in every aspect of the oil and gas industry, including exploration, production, refining, and distribution. Their operations span across the globe, utilising cutting-edge technologies and placing a strong emphasis on safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance. As a key player in meeting the country's energy needs, they successfully navigate the complex financial and operational challenges inherent in the industry.

The Key responsibilities of this role are,
- Coordinate project activities and assist in project planning and scheduling.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external parties.
- Identify, assess, and document project risks and issues.
- Support quality assurance activities and ensure project deliveries meet standards.
- Assist in budget planning, tracking project expenditures, and financial reporting.
- Provide administrative support throughout the project life cycle.

- Attention to detail

- Technical proficiency in Microsoft suite preferably Excel
- Previous experience in a similar role (Familiarity with project life cycle processes, project documentation, and project coordination practices is beneficial.)
- Time management
- Professionalism (reliable, accountable, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.)
