We are looking for an _**experienced**_ Guest Services Agent to join our small existing team across two of our offices. Experience working in hotel reservations or similar is essential.

Applicants will work approximately 2-3 varying days per week (including weekends).

**Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:

- Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance at all times
- Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests
- Answer the phone in a timely and professional manner
- Build and prepare daily reports
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guests needs are met daily
- Responsible balancing of daily accounts
- Listen to guests complaints or concerns and resolve their issue in a timely manner
- **MUST be available weekends & Public holidays**

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Articulately communicate both in the written and verbal
- Previous experience in front office position preferred
- Qualification in hospitality services preferred
- Computer skills essential
- Knowledge of RMS or other hotel PMS systems & travel agents preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance the service standards throughout the operation
- Time management skills are essential
- Ability to work effectively in an often fast paced environment by multi tasking
- MUST Show strong initiative to work independently but able to communicate effectively with all other team members when they come on shift
- It is also important to be able to self start and assess what jobs need to be done and take initiative during your shift.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Due to government mandates, staff must be fully vaccinated.
