About the role

Welcoming guests to the venueManaging reservationsCoordinate with wait staff about available seating optionsAnswer incoming calls and address customers queriesIdentify, meet, and satisfy the customers’ needs and expectations.Maintain friendly attitude at all times

About you
Customer satisfaction oriented - have that great attitude with customers and the team
Communication skills
Experience, high volume environment preferred.
Ability to work quickly and safely
Ability to multitask
Ability to work as part of a dynamic team and independently.
Ability to think on your feet and under pressure
