**About the role**:
Our client is seeking a Head of Operations to lead our operations across the group. With the recent integration of the 4 businesses, they need a leader to bring all our operations teams together to operate as one cohesive group.

With an appetite to invest heavily in systems, processes and to ensure they have best in class facilities and

manufacturing capabilities, this role will play a central role in driving such initiatives.

Currently the business operates 3 factories, multiple supply chains and distribution models. Getting the right mix between these to ensure great customer experiences and business outcomes is going to be central to this role.

Role responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies and policies that optimize

efficiency, productivity, and quality across all manufacturing sites.
- Evaluate the supply chain and outsourcing strategy, identifying

opportunities for improvement in cost, quality, and lead times.
- Lead the distribution network strategy and execution, including managing

3PL relationships.
- Collaborate with other functional teams to ensure seamless integration of

operations with sales, marketing, and finance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other

partners to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, products, and services.
- Manage the manufacturing process and inventory levels to ensure efficient

production schedules and meet customer demand.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial reporting, and key performance

indicators (KPIs) for the operations function.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and

environmental policies.

The role holder will have at least 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment and have a thorough understanding of supply chain management including international sourcing, inventory management and distribution.
