Are you a driven and detail-oriented leader with a strong background in manufacturing? We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join an Australian family-owned company, that has been specialising in the manufacture, storage and distribution of plain and pre-printed receipt rolls, ticketing and associated products for over 30 years.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support factory staff in their daily activities.
- Perform daily inspections machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the setting and preparation of machines for production jobs.
- Manage stock effectively to meet production requirements.
- Plan and schedule production activities.
- Estimate and cost jobs accurately.
- Prepare job bags for production orders.
- Ensure accurate and clear recording of production data
- Coordinate the flow of raw materials into the production area.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and cost-efficiency.

**Key Criteria**:

- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to work accurately and methodically under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- **Negotiable for the right person, the remuneration guide is from $85,000 - $90,000 **_
