**About The Opportunity**:
As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating and maintaining selected third-party commercial or supplier agreements, identifying and managing potential risks and legal issues associated with contracts, ensuring contract compliance, and supporting the development of pricing and commercial models. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating and maintaining third-party commercial or supplier agreements
- Identifying and assessing potential risks and legal issues associated with contracts
- Developing strategies to mitigate and manage risks
- Ensuring contract compliance through regular audits
- Supporting the development of pricing and commercial models
**About You**:
- Preferred qualifications encompassing Accounting, Law, Commercial or Finance
- Proficiency spanning contract management, legal expertise, and overall contract administration
- Proven track record in handling commercial agreements, contract management, and negotiation
- Proven experience in overseeing various internal and external stakeholders
You will also have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A proactive and results-driven approach
