**Onsite Administration Assistant**

Location: Adelaide, SA

Full Time - 12 month Contract

An Onsite Administration Assistant will provide administrative, clerical and general project support to project team members including office and site-based staff. The incumbent will be the first point of contact to all guests onsite and be responsible for maintaining site office amenities and organising site meetings (internal & external parties).

Tasks will include;
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Handle inquiries promptly and courteously, both in person and over the phone.
- Take accurate messages and direct calls efficiently.
- Coordinate catering for meetings and act as the primary point of contact for client and stakeholder communication.
- Manage project schedules and meeting bookings effectively.
- Record meeting minutes accurately and distribute them promptly.
- Provide IT support and assist with guest WIFI connections.
- Complete various administrative tasks as required.
- Handle site mail and deliveries.
- Run errands and maintain office supply levels.
- Update site contact lists and signage.
- Ensure office spaces are clean and organised.
- Maintain office equipment.
- Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Exhibit consistent adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork.
- Demonstrate behaviours that align with company values.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at improving company growth and sustainability.

Mandatory requirements
- Proficient use and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar
- Valid Drivers Licence in SA
- Reliable transport (own car)
- Preferred knowledge
- Final year or completed qualification in Business and/or Administration related discipline (Certificate II or higher) or;
- Minimum 3 years working within similar role.
