**Full time permanent opportunity based in Gladstone, Mackay or Brisbane**:

- **Manage the day-to-day operations of field staff across the APAC region**:

- **You’ll join an industry leader with safety at the forefront of their operations**

**Day to day you’ll manage a variety of responsibilities across**:

- **Service Delivery **- You’ll be accountable for the coordination and management of resources to ensure services are delivered safely and effectively.
- **People Management** - You’ll manage a mix of remote and local team members, recruit and onboard new team members, approve timesheets and coordinate staff rosters.
- **Administration** - You will complete reporting, safety and incident management, support QA as needed.

You will be responsible for ensuring our technicians operate safely and deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients. In this role you will be supported by your Operations Manager, Operations Administrator, QA administrator and Human Resources to perform your best.

**What does success look like?**
- 5 years’ experience in a Field Technical Specialist role with team lead/supervisory experience
- Collaborative management style, with the ability to role model desired behaviours and foster relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers
- Emotionally intelligent with strong experience managing people
- A sound understanding of the mining market and ecosystem is _highly desirable_
