The role Reporting to the Manager, Office of Health Statutory Agencies, the Principal Policy Officer is responsible for collaborating with relevant areas within Queensland Health, across government and with external stakeholders to deliver high quality strategic support, guidance, and advice for, and to, health statutory agencies.
**This role offers and exciting opportunity to**: - Manage and contribute to key projects such as significant appointments, board development forums and annual reporting processes. Prepare high-level briefing documents, submissions, correspondence, and reports with exceptional attention to detail. Undertake compliance audits, research and environmental scanning and analysis as needed. Build and maintain networks with internal and external stakeholders including key officers within health statutory agencies. Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
