**Maintenance Planner**

Could you be the full-time Maintenance Planner in Rouse Hill we’re looking for?

**Your future role**

You’ll add to the maintenance of our trains. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Customer / Operator / Regulator), identifying and evaluating the options to meet customer requirements, maximizing the utilization of all available resources and much more.

You’ll specifically inspect and interpret drawings, specifications and the TMP for the Sydney Metro project and integrate these through GSI as far as required.

We’ll look to you for:

- Identify and evaluate maintenance options (including external contractors) to meet customer requirements, taking into account manpower and machining capabilities and economy of production
- Ensure the program-planning schedules are achieved on time and to target
- Determine, order and monitor materials required to ensure delivery schedule to meet planned maintenance start and work plan
- Ensure that all available resources are in place and utilized to the maximum degree
- Assist in the co-ordination of overhaul work, prepare budgets, monitor progress and report as required
- Planning the labour hours and material availability to assist Maintenance, Retrofit, and Overhaul and staff
- Establish work priorities and up-date these priorities as customer requirements change
- Participation in the preparation of Estimate Analysis by assisting to compile BOM list’s, potential suppliers and accurately analyse labour component to scope of works

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about problem solving. You will also have
- Diploma in Manufacturing, Planning or relevant tertiary qualification if required
- A qualification and understanding of GSI
- Trade qualification would be an advantage
