We are seeking an experienced Production Administrator to join our Austral Bricks team in Golden Grove, South Australia. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be primarily responsible for undertaking various administrative duties involving the gathering, arranging, recording, distribution and reporting on various information, data and activities relating to the operation of the plant. Data and activities referred to include safety, environmental, production and purchasing.**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Create purchase orders from requisition forms and enter them into JDE.
- Maintain records of requisition and purchase orders placed.
- Confirm goods received and process invoices for payment.
- Manage stock levels of PPE and other consumables.
- Collate daily delivery dockets and match with invoices and purchase orders.
- Control the stocks of packaging consumables and record weekly inventory.
- Prepare weekly consumption and profit estimate reports.
- Manage pallet returns system and organise driver payments.
- Maintain safety notice board and production office housekeeping.
- Participate in monthly workplace inspections and maintain OH&S documentation.
- Manage contract labour service providers and arrange staff training.

**Success Requirements**
- Able and willing to work in manufacturing environment and conditions (e.g. dust, noise, heat etc)
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong skills in JDE or similar purchase order systems.
- Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
