Job Description Summary:
You will work closely with leadership to deliver the best quality work across clients and to always jump on trends and new ways to bring the brands to life across social.

You will be tasked with preparing and executing (or overseeing the development of) content shoots, creating content from clients assets and producing content from scratch.

You’ll need to have excellent face to face communications skills and feel comfortable operating with a large degree of autonomy to ensure work is delivered to a high-quality standard but you will always be backed by a supportive and fun team.

This position will work closely with the Senior Content Creator, Executive Director of Social and Content, and accounts teams across the agency to drive excellence in social and content and optimal client health -and requires accountability for personal and team outputs and outcomes.

Job Description:

- Knowledge Requirements
- This position requires specific and integrated knowledge of:
- Work collaboratively with the Creative team to deliver engaging designs and ideas.-
- Edit compelling video visuals, optimised for social and other digital channels-
- Ensure all content complies with the specs of social channels.-
- Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices.-
- Articulate your design and editing decisions to the team.-
- Revising assets based on feedback from clients and the team.-
- Confident in shooting with professional cameras and production equipment**Skills**: - Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects-
- Up-to-date with all social channels and understand required outputs for organic and paid creativePersonal Application- Demonstrate initiative and proactivity at all times-
- Use verbal and non-verbal communication for workplace negotiation-
- Help plan and manage team effectiveness-
- Clearly outline more complex problems and suggest solutions-
- Proactively identify areas for self-development and for improvement for other team members-
- Promote teamwork and integration-
