Maxima’s Recruitment Services are seeking a qualified Bookkeeper for a 4-6 week assignment with a well-known real estate office based in Capalaba.

Commencing as soon as possible, this role will see you working full time hours, paying $36.30p/h + super.

**Must be available for commencement by Monday 28**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Reviewing audit findings for monies receipted into the trust account from tenants over a two year period
- Comparing received amounts against lease documentation for accuracy and identifying missing amounts
- Providing a reconciliation to the Senior Commercial Property Manager of outstanding monies owing by tenants.

**About you**:

- Qualifications in bookkeeping
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Immediate availability
