**About the Opportunity**

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a crucial role in the strategic and financial management of Corporate Traveller. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term financial success. This role will involve collaborating closely with the executive leadership team, providing financial insights and guidance to support informed decision-making across the organization.

**What you will be responsible for**
- Financial Strategy & Planning_
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies and plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring effective financial planning and forecasting for the organization.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to explore and evaluate new business opportunities, potential mergers, or acquisitions
- Financial Management & Reporting_
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Ensure timely financial reporting to meet legal, regulatory, and stakeholder requirements.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Leadership_
- As a member of the senior leadership team, you will lead by example by embracing the company’s purpose, values and culture
- Play an influential role working with the local CFO’s and finance teams to ensure the Global strategies are deployed, and results measured
- Maintain and develop external relationships with key suppliers, bankers, auditors, tax advisers and lawyers as and when required
- Risk Management_
- Identify and assess financial risks and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential negative impacts on the company's financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, industry standards, and corporate governance requirements.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management_
- Manage the company's cash flow and working capital efficiently, optimizing liquidity and ensuring the availability of funds to meet operational and strategic needs.
- Acquisition and growth Opportunities_
- Review of growth opportunities, including acquisitions through the support of financial due diligence and strategic alignment.
