**The Opportunity**
Join a leading organization in disability services as a Part-Time Compliance Officer. Your expertise in compliance and quality management will be paramount in maintaining high standards of service delivery. Collaborate with multiple departments, foster a culture of continuous quality improvement, and ensure the well-being of the individuals we support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement quality control and assurance policies, coordinating with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, legal and safety standards within the organization
- Lead and supervise quality control teams, managing regular audits, inspections, and risk management analysis
- Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement through leadership and teamwork, including leading employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, maintaining positive relationships with regulatory agencies, and preparing compliance reports with recommendations for corrective actions

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, law, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in compliance and quality management in a healthcare/disability setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop effective solutions
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex compliance issues to stakeholders at all levels
