**_Please note, that skills or experience in financial management or accounting are not a requirement of this role. However strong general systems IT and data analysis skills will be highly regarded_**.**

**Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative duties related to the reconciliation, processing and record keeping of financial reports or acquittals and related functions
- Seek resolution to issues and escalate more complex matters
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Undertake quality assurance activities to ensure work standards are maintained
- Provide advice and technical expertise
- Data entry and reporting using multiple IT systems (Grant Payment System, Excel, Microsoft Service Manager, Outlook).

**Key Capabilities**
- Interpersonal - Customer Service - Sound customer service skills, which provides accurate, timely, consistent and appropriate outcomes.
- Risk management - Intermediate proficiency in identifying, analysing, assessing and advising on business risk and impacts. Monitor and ensure service level standards, are met by the team.
- Stakeholder engagement - Works collaboratively and encourages co-operation with team members and clients. Liaises with internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive client outcomes.
- Output orientated - able to follow instructions and processes to deliver consistent and accurate outputs within timeframes.

**Profile**
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- Ability to obtain Baseline clearance.
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise competing tasks to deliver outcomes.
- Strong numeracy skills, noting that Accounting skills are not a requirement.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including use of standard formulas to merge data sets and produce meaningful reports.
