**Job Description**:
**Our Family**:

- We are a family of 5 - my wife and I have an 8 yr old, a 6 yr old and a 3yr old. They are amazing kids and can be full of energy, especially the 3yr old. The love being outdoors and interacting with new people. They go to school and kinder locally. My wife and I are busy professionals that both work in Healthcare and we would require someone who understands the importance and flexibility in assisting us with that.

**Your Duties**:

- Weekdays: Picking up the girls from school at 3.30pm and looking after them after school on weekdays till one of us is back at 5pm - this time could be spent doing their homework or encouraging them to practice their musical instruments. 5pm - pick up the young one from Kinder. Dinner is usually prepared for the kids but on occasion, a simple meal if you are comfortable to prepare would go a long way to help us. This is usually followed by bath time. Weekends Lots of driving around as the girls have gymnastics and dance classes, so pick up and drop offs, will need to take the 3 yr old along for the trips. Hours are usually from 9am - 1pm. Weekend/weekday evening - babysitting post bedtime when we go out for dinners or events. Simple washing of clothes in the washing machine, hanging out the washing indoors and washing up the dishes would be tasks expected if time is available.

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- You will to ideally be someone who is patient, kind and understanding with young children. Be imaginative with play and encouraging. The older girls are very creative and love crafts and the young boy loves cars and physical activities. Given our work hours and commitments, we will require you to have some flexibility with the hours but will give you as much notice as possible. Lives around the Mount Waverley area so that travel commitments are not too onerous.
