The Customer Service Administration / Reception position covers a wide range of functions. You’ll have every opportunity to utilise your expertise and develop your skills. You will be responsible for providing exceptional first point of contact experience to all external and internal customers of Cerebral Palsy Alliance, as well general administrative duties to support the organisation and contribute to the customer experience.
- As well as excelling in both verbal and written communications, you will be great at building and maintaining relationships at all levels, and confident in assisting team members with issues such as problem-solving.

This is a permanent part-time position located at our Croudace Bay site. This role is 38 hours per fortnight, with 22.8 hours in week 1, and 15.2 hours in week 2.
