**THE ROLE**

As part of our diverse team based in **Melbourne**, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

The purpose of this role is to contribute to the maintenance of the Internal Control Framework (ICF) and matrix, working with the business to validate, edit or build controls to ensure the internal control structure, risk, core objectives, and management strategies for achieving these objectives, as they relate to the Victorian Workers’ Compensation business.

This will be a **full time, permanent** position based in the **Melbourne** office, with flexibility to work from home as approved.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review and maintenance of the Internal Control Framework and associated evidence
- Provide appropriate control or risk recommendation to improve business effectiveness
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships to facilitate the delivery and maintenance of a current Internal Controls Framework
- Support the coaching and training of operational staff in control environment management as needed

**ABOUT YOU**
- Solid understanding of Victorian Worker’s Compensation requirements or the ability to develop knowledge quickly
- Solid understanding of Victorian Worker’s Compensation systems or the ability to develop knowledge quickly
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Vic workers’ compensation sector
- Superior communication skills and ability to develop relationships quickly
- Superior organisational and time management skills and the ability to follow set protocols
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong personal responsibility ideals and customer service skills
