**The opportunity**

- Due to an internal promotion, this is your chance to join our Endeavour Energy Alliance team based in Huntingwood (relocating soon to a new head office in Parramatta), with the option to work part of the week from home.
- As the representative for UGL and Endeavour Energy you will provide advice and support to the Operational Leaders to maintain a safe and healthy workplace whilst ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
- Reporting to the Alliance Manager you will be required to foster strong internal relationships and be independent in managing your areas of responsibility including;
- Drive a blended risk management framework
- Establish safe work systems underpinned by robust risk management and a proactive HSE culture
- Provide advice on lead/lag indicator monitoring and trend analysis
- Managing return to work
- Roll out and implementation of HSE programs and initiatives
**Requirements to be successful**
- Diploma Work Health and Safety (WHS) or related discipline
- 5 years’ experience in Safety, Health and Environment
- Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate Excel
- Clear and concise communication style
