**Midland Toyota **has a rewarding career opportunity for an **Administration Assistant **to join our vibrant collaborative team.

As an Administration Assistant your main focus is to maintain and process all administration for new and pre-owned vehicles for the dealership. This position will see you utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with managers, customers and manufacturers.

**ROLE**
- Deal Processing for New and Used Vehicles
- Experience in Vehicle Stock Control and preparation of deliveries
- Vehicle licensing and Deal Costings
- Archive and File Paperwork
- Various Ad Hoc Administrative Duties

**YOU**
- Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy.
- Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
- A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent communications skills orally & written
- Self-motivated and task driven.
- Demonstrate a consistently pro-active approach and pleasant demeanour.
- Be punctual, reliable adaptable & flexible.
- ** Previous Admin Experience in a Dealership Environment is Advantageous**
