We are looking for an Operations Excellence Leader to join our Operations team, reporting

to our General Manager of Operations. You will drive excellence in store operations by

regularly assessing store image and operational risks.

The Role Recipe:

- Engage with the business on key strategies and operational risks.
- Oversee store operations standards and processes that drive operations excellence

and enable a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
- Develop, maintain and monitor the company’s compliance framework.
- Effectively lead/support operation’s owned and cross-functional programs and

projects.
- Develop and maintain effective network communications.
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and driving activity to

improve processes, drive efficiency and eliminate waste and redundancy.
- Manage complaints relating to quality, assurance and compliance.
- Oversee operations-related reporting and analytics.
- Oversee operations-related NSO activity to ensure stores are opened to a high

standard.

Key Ingredients:

- Proven experience in within a similar role in the hospitality franchising or retail sector
- Thorough knowledge of food safety standards, WH&S and compliance obligations
- Solid business acumen and reporting ability
- Elevated interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional problem solving, organisational and planning skills
- Process driven and outcome focused
