**The Role**

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will run residential conveyancing files from start to finish. Duties include: contract perusal; dealing with clients, brokers and other solicitors; following up on outstanding conditions; settlement statements; PEXA settlements; typing first letters; on line searches; booking in settlements; using LEAP precedents; on line stamping and general file management duties. You will settle approximately 25 files a month and have administration assistance.

**You**

You will have a minimum of 2 years Qld Conveyancing Paralegal experience. You will also have excellent time management skills and client service skills.

**The Law Firm**

Well established law firm based at Beenleigh. Total staff of 5. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $60,000 - $75,000 + Super).
