KPI Construction Services is a leading construction and infrastructure labour hire and traffic control service provider in Victoria. With a growing number of projects in the Ballarat region, we are expanding our team and looking for experienced Traffic Controllers to join us on a casual basis.

**Role Summary**:
As a Traffic Controller with KPI Construction Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our construction sites, workers, and the general public. Your responsibilities will include managing traffic flow, implementing traffic management plans, and providing clear directions to both drivers and pedestrians around our construction sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and monitor traffic management plans in accordance with safety protocols.
- Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic at construction sites.
- Set up, maintain, and remove traffic signs, barriers, and other traffic control devices.
- Communicate effectively with construction personnel and the public to ensure safety.
- Operate in a team environment to manage traffic efficiently around our sites.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Traffic Control ticket/license as per Victorian regulations.
- Proven experience in traffic control within construction sites.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across different sites in the Ballarat region.
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
