**Salary range $109,612 - $127,070 plus super**

**About You**:

- Experience tailoring programs to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in project management principles, ensuring timely delivery
- Strong capabilities in the Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with design methodology, preferably with ADDIE experience

**About the role**:
Do you thrive on creating innovative training programs? Hydro Tasmania is seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our L&D team. As a Learning and Development Partner, you will have the opportunity to shape this newly created role to match your strengths and interests. You will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing engaging learning content, utilizing both your technological expertise and facilitation skills. Collaborating with stakeholders across our organization, you will deliver impactful and exciting programs that enhance employee development.
