***About the opportunity**

The Operations and Development Manager is a pivotal leader across our Tasmanian Early Learning portfolio. Working with our exisiting services, the Operations and Development Manager oversees the operational and quality work, supporting the Service Leaders and Centre Directors in their day-to-day business. This position will also support the development of our portfolio as we grow our number of services and programs across Tasmania.

**About you**

You are a motivated and experienced leader with a passion for people and learning. Experienced at overseeing a multi-site team, you are proactive in your day-to-day work - working independently and as part of a team, supporting our staff and services on their journey towards excellence in practice. You easily establish rapport with people and leverage this to engage professional growth and development.
- Your experience in developing and growing community sector business demonstrates your capacity to work in the moment whilst still pushing towards the broader goals of the organisation.
