**What you’ll do**
As a Range Optimisation Lead, you will lead your team and partner with our Commercial Team to drive category strategies and achieve the best product range outcomes for our customers. You will have the opportunity to work on one of the biggest strategic initiatives within the Woolworths business - to deliver a differentiated offer for our customers, leveraging our data and insights to inform how we make physical range and space decisions
- Own the end to end delivery of range reviews and/or projects within your team while acting as a thought leader to stakeholders and the wider business on all aspects of range and range review related processes
- Lead an ambitious team of analysts while effectively coaching and mentoring them to achieve their professional development goals
- Conduct effective data led analyses that lead to pragmatic recommendations that take into account the wider business context while gaining cut through with stakeholders using effective storytelling Contribute to the broader strategic direction of ranging analytics within the team

**What you’ll bring**
- Develop an expert level understanding of our supporting tools and actively make recommendations on where we can improve them
- Understand and structure ambiguous/complex problems
- Perform complex analyses independently with ability to focus and highlight what's important and relevant to the outcome we’re trying to achieve
- Coach analysts into how to structure their analyses and where to focus their attention
- Develop strong rapports with stakeholders and supporting teams and show understanding into how these relationships can be improved over time Create high quality outputs that deliver top down messages clearly and effectively to a range of audiences**Everyone belongs at Woolworths Group**
