**Role Summary and Responsibilities**:

Reporting to the Database Manager, the Donor Database Representative will work alongside the Donor Care team to achieve fundraising targets by processing all incoming data into the donor database.

In this exciting role, you will focus on general database administration in the CRM (Raiser’s Edge), including importing, maintaining, and updating data. Your role will assist with recording single-gift donations and provide donor care when needed to support the broader team.
- Maintain and download recurring donations into the CRM Raiser’s Edge
- Process donations into the database including in-house and agency face-to-face sign-ups, e-commerce, and online donations
- Troubleshoot errors whilst running tasks and escalate if required
- Complete ad-hoc data imports into the database

**Essential criteria**:

- Experience with Raiser’s Edge database or a similar platform including Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or ThankQ
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building capabilities
- A positive, energetic, and empathetic nature
- First-class written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a close-knit team, with the skills to work autonomously when needed
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to automate data processing using tools such as Excel and Access
- Excellent multitasking, time management and organisational skills, without losing attention to detail
- Experience within an office administration or data entry role, employment within the sector is desirable
