YOUR ROLE

As the Lead, Commercial Optimisation, you will play a key role in shaping leadership decisions regarding IAG's technology expenditures, driving strategic cost-saving initiatives. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough reviews and analyses of technology cost factors, utilising insights and modelling to advise management on initiatives aimed at enhancing commercial outcomes within IAG's Technology & Operations (T&O) Division.

One of your primary duties will be to develop and oversee the Commercial Plan for IAG's Technology & Operations Division. This entails setting clear commercial targets, identifying necessary initiatives to meet these targets, and monitoring the realisation of associated benefits. Additionally, you will lead discussions on strategic optimization initiatives with T&O leadership teams.

As a lead you will also lead and coach specialists and analysts in the team and actively manage the "flow of work"

ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in Management Consulting or Commercial positions.
- Having a qualification in CA/CPA would be advantageous.
- A degree in a Business-related discipline (mandatory) and an MBA (preferred)
- Proven track record of accomplishments and experience in roles such as commercial or financial analyst, data analysis, and/or programming.
- Proficiency in leading, coaching, guiding, and mentoring a team.
- Demonstrated ability to stay well-informed about the external environment and offer meaningful external insights to support decision-making processes.
- Possession of strong commercial and organizational acumen.
