**Position: Customer Success & Team Lead

**Responsibilities**:
As a Customer Success Team Lead you will play a pivotal role in the Cleaneroo Operations Team
- Your responsibilities will include:

- Executing Cleaneroo's client and service provider experience strategy, including doing inspections on cleaning on sites and walkthroughs with clients to gather feedback.
- Reporting on good and bad feedback and implementing action plans to enhance the client and cleaner experience.
- Coordinating new site inductions in evenings during flexible hours, considering your schedule.
- Conducting random client drop-in visits to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
- Assisting in the recruitment drive and relationship building of service providers.
- Eventually managing a team of lead cleaners under your supervision.
- Assisting in the marketing of Cleaneroo with neat uniform and appearance and showcasing our professionalism in a market.
- Please note from time to time you may be required to get your hands dirty be a team player and clean sites to show your team under you, the proper procedures etc.

**About You**:
We are looking for someone who:

- Flexible evening, weekends and is happy coordinate their own flexi schedule with work.
- Is a people person with exceptional communication skills.
- Organised with strong calendar skills and reliability
- Possesses a strong work ethic and likes managing their flexible schedule.
- Demonstrates empathy for the customer journey and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Holds a car driver's licence and is comfortable driving all over Sydney.
- Is not afraid to get hands dirty, step in when needed, and be a team player.
- Wants to be a team leader

**Nice to Have (Not a Deal Breaker)**:

- Experience in the service industry or hospitality.
- Familiarity with g suite, gmail and video call platforms.
- Previous experience in relationship and team building.
- Experience in cleaning or disinfection (even if it's just at home).
