This professional services firm is looking for outstanding service officers to join their team for a casual assignment through 2024.

**Your new role**

We are looking for multiple Customer Service Officers to join the Customer Service team. You will be responsible for:

- Receiving inbound and outbound phone calls
- Processing payments over the phone
- Managing customer memberships
- Return to sender mail
- Data cleansing activities

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Customer Service experience
- Strong customer focus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Call Centre experience preferred
- Ability to use multiple IT systems at one time
- Attention to detail

***This is a casual position with flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate. You will be working in a modern and comfortable office environment with a supportive team culture.
