Are you an experienced Team Leader, Nurse, or Manager with disability experience?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Adelaide Hills Team overseeing a high care and fast paced accommodation site with 24-hour support in the beautiful town of Strathalbyn.

The Team Leader responsible for this service will oversee the wellbeing of 6 clients all with individual high care needs while providing support and guidance to a large team of Support Staff.

**Reporting to the Manager of Client Services your duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Ensure high quality services are being provided to our clients
- Participate in the implementation of frameworks to support therapeutic service delivery
- Identify the need for the development of behavioural support plans
- Advocate both internally and externally for people with a disability and their carers
- Ensure effective matching of clients with support workers that supports the achievement of client outcomes
- Ensure the successful daily operation of programs and effective administration of service budgets
- Manage develop and motivate staff fostering a positive workplace culture
- Assist with recruiting, induction, and maintaining and workforce that meets the needs of the clients and standards of the organisation

**You’ll have**
- Completed a Certificate IV in Disability or an equivalent qualification.
- Passion for health and safety demonstrated through maintaining Senior First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People
- NDIS Worker Check & Working With Children Check
- COVID-19 Vaccination including booster or approved Medical Exemption
