The ILS Analyst will assist with providing expertise and advice to the design and development of solutions. They will also be expected to provide leadership to small teams. The ILS Analyst will develop reliability engineering outputs in accordance with the approved procedures and processes as well as meeting the agreed needs of the customer and end-user. The position involves exercising sound logistics support analysis judgement.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and perform the following activities including;
- Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM)
- Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA)
- Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
- Conduct investigations and analyse data collected
- Manage and conduct risk assessments on equipment and systems being investigated
- Develop and deliver evidence-based recommendations to improve equipment and system reliability and supportability
- Complete and deliver reporting documentation
- Provide day-to-day management of any assigned staff
- Development of project infrastructure such as tools deployment, metrics collection and process development

**SKILLS & EXPERINECE NEEDED**
- Tertiary engineering qualification - Diploma, formal trade, or technical certificate
- Demonstrated experience in the technical review and reporting
- Working experience in the development of ILS products
- Logistic Support Analysis
- Maintenance Task Analysis
- Level of Repair Analysis
- Support & Test Equipment (S&TE) Development
- Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Testability
- Experience leading teams of specialty analysts
- Knowledge of ships operating and sustainment systems.
- Must have a current Defence Security Clearance
