Accounts Receivable Officer

We have an opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role based at our head office in North Ryde. Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm during weekdays in the office (note that this is an on-site position).

**You will be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Maintain and reconcile customer accounts
- Generating reports detailing accounts receivable status
- Liaising with internal departments to overcome customer queries

**We want to hear from you if you**:

- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- An understanding of the AR function or previous experience as an accounts assistant
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
