**Hiring Demolition Supervisors**

We are currently looking for nominated supervisors on a **12 month-contractual **basis. Both **men and women** welcome, with equal opportunity.

**What we do**:
We offer demolition services to property owners and builders. Some of our work includes:

- Internal stripping of walls, floors and ceilings.
- Concrete cutting, grinding and removal.
- Excavation / trenching
- General labouring and construction waste disposal.
- Abolishment of pergolas, decks, fences, sheds and more.

(Note: looking to enter the complete House Demolitions Market)
- Fortnightly Pay: Minimum $40/hr plus travel
- Servicing Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast
- PPE and Tools provided
- Flexible working arrangements - work from home or be onsite.

**What you need**:

- A certificate with competencies which meet the requirements under AS 2601-2001: Demolition of Structures
- At least 3 years experience in supervising demolition work.
- Knowledge and experience with obtaining permits, site plans and forming company procedures.
- Knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (WHS Act)
- Experience in preparing Demolition Plans.
- Drivers License and a reliable vehicle to travel between sites.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From $40.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Logan QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
