**THIS OPPORTUNITY**

The Research Executive role is ideal for new graduates and curious individuals looking for their first step into a career in Market Research. Our graduates will be encouraged to take responsibility from the outset, you will gain exposure to a variety of research approaches whilst working alongside industry experts.
- You'll work across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- You'll get to experience the end-to-end research project life cycle: taking client briefs, developing research design, timelines and costings, quality control, liaising with our fieldwork specialists, and collaborating with other research experts
- Develop key project management skills
- You’ll help us think about how we can deliver our insights and recommendations in an engaging, meaningful, and creative way
- No two days are ever the same

**ABOUT YOU**

You will identify yourself to be Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. You will be someone with a natural curiosity about the world we live in and human behaviours, with a passion and flair for adding value. To be successful in this role you will need:

- Tertiary qualification
- Proficient in MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and preferably SPSS
- Working knowledge of statistics and research techniques would be advantageous
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good organisational skills, time management skills and results-orientated
- Strong passion for research, project management,
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to teamwork
