Our client is a long-standing real estate brand that works exclusively in the Sydney market. With 20 + years of selling and managing residential and commercial properties on the North Shore and Northern Beaches, this group would have to have the most loyal staff base in Sydney. **What will you be doing in this role**:
The perfect career move for an experienced property officer or leasing consultant looking to transition into commercial real estate OR the perfect step out of university if you hold a property related degree that you would like to put into practice.
- Support four commercial portfolio managers with their portfolios
- Carry out water meter reading and property inspections
- Coordinate quotes for repairs and coordinate trades
- Assist with the coordination of fit outs and make good obligations
- Data entry and filing of documents
- Liaison with tenants regarding maintenance issues
- Attend team meetings and assist with onboarding new managements
- Manage communication with strata, council etc
- 12 months real estate experience
- A valid NSW drivers licence and reliable car
- A real estate licence or Certificate of Registration
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for numbers
- A friendly manner with the ability to problem solve
- A team player that can also work independently
- The desire to progress and grow with the commercial team
