About The Role*
- Conducting face-to-face and Zoom sessions with members to build a tailor-made property portfolio plan
- Liaising with our investment lending team
- Presenting shortlisted properties and positioning members with the most suitable properties for them based on their property portfolio plan
- Managing a pipeline of members throughout various stages of the property purchasing process
- Ensuring positive end-to-end member experience
- Generating new prospects from referrals

- Proven track record of sales success within the property investment industry
- Proficient with standard computer systems
- Experience with CRM systems
- Sets high goals and commits to achieving them
