**Your Job**
You will work closely with their overseas procurement team to coordinate all supply activities and timelines, linking this continuously with the domestic demand. You will oversee this demand via close communication with the Commercial team, working with them to understand customer requirements and future expectations. You will be able to link this customer forecast with commodity risk factors and have ongoing oversight for regularly reporting and managing product supply through a network of 3PL partners. You will contribute to reviewing and identifying opportunities for improvement along the value chain, working closely with the operations team to link logistics, customer service and inventory management.

**Our Team**
Based at their Australian Head office in the CBD, you will act as a primary link between the Commercial and Operations teams, taking ownership of the supply plan based on customer forecasted demand.

**What You Will Do**
- You will work closely with their overseas procurement team to coordinate all supply activities and timelines, linking this continuously with the domestic demand.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- You will have experience working in a similar supply or demand -driven position, with exposure to a diverse operational environment and ideally have an understanding or be able to quickly formulate an understanding of the business’s operational requirements.
- You will have exceptional communication skills, be experienced in negotiating and managing processes, with an analytical mindset, a natural problem solver and an ability to identify quality improvement opportunities.
- You will have strong Microsoft Excel skills and an eye for detail. Experience working in a bulk commodity business would be beneficial, however most important is the ability to create and coordination a supply plan and take ownership of this opportunity.
