**About you**
As our
**_Digital Marketing Coordinator_**, you will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be crucial to this position.
You will also demonstrate:
- A love of digital marketing, marketing automation & the marketing technology which supports it, such as CRM, event/webinar systems & SMS integration.
- Significant experience interpreting briefs and aligning business needs to technical solutions within digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to communicate with technical stakeholders and marketing/business areas to reach common understanding
- Strategic, creative thinking, planning and analytical skills.
- Competent knowledge of Kentico, Javascript/JQuery
**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the
**_Marketing Manager, Marketing & Commercial, _**you will support the Marketing & Commercial team in the development and implementation of digital communications solutions in support of the RACGP strategic objectives across search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), eDM planning and execution. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering personalised communications to RACGP members ensuring the design, layout, formatting and building of our digital communication assets is top-quality and consistent.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Work with IT and Marketing teams to optimise Marketing Automation Platform capability, advising on channel performance and introducing and embedding new features.
- Working with the Marketing Manager, design integrated lifecycle journeys for member campaigns from lead generation to nurture and conversion and on to member retention
- Be a trusted advisor and ambassador for digital marketing, mentoring your team and colleagues on the opportunities and best-practice approaches.
