**Where is the opportunity located?**
As a Sales Representative at Daktronics, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely or from our facility in Frenchs Forest, NSW. Your role will involve providing comprehensive sales support to accounts on a national scale, requiring regular interstate travel, occasional visits to New Zealand, and participation in training and trade shows internationally.

**What will work look like for me?**
- Develop knowledge with ongoing market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze market data to identify potential areas for growth and keep abreast of customer needs and preferences.
- Dedicate time to continuous learning and training to stay at the forefront of technical knowledge related to LED display products and control solutions.
- Proactive engagement with key stakeholders including National Transportation Agencies, Stadium Owners, Operators, Architects, Engineers, Consultants, and Integrators.
- Engage in customer-centric research to identify and analyze specific needs, preferences, and pain points. Translate customer insights into winning sales strategies.
- Lead sales opportunities and coordinate teams, ensuring the successful response to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tenders. This role is crucial in driving our success in securing orders and expanding our market presence.
- Develop creative and results-oriented sales presentations. Customizes presentations based on audience profiles, ensuring relevance and resonance. Adapt content to align with varying levels of technical understanding and industry-specific terminology.
- Facilitate regular workshops and training seminars for architects, consultants, and engineers to enhance their understanding of Daktronics products and solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with agencies, governing bodies, and trade associations to strengthen Daktronics' presence and influence in the market.
- Identify and prioritizes key activities based on potential impact and alignment with sales goals, objectives and activities. Assist in forecasting sales projections and contribute to strategic planning initiatives based on market trends and customer needs.
- Engage in daily use of Salesforce to manage accounts, sales opportunities, leads, and all customer management functions.
- Embrace a work schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and overnight travel, demonstrating commitment to customer engagement and business development.
