**About the role**

We are looking for a State-wide Service Desk Team Leader to manage a team of front line service desk analysts in a 24x7 service desk environment providing technical support services for multiple users across multiple locations, platforms and technologies. The key aspect of this role is to enable the team to deliver high level of Customer service by solving problems and working towards a resolution to meet customer expectations.

Reporting to the State Wide Service Desk Manager, the role is responsible for leading the SWSD in achieving excellent levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring that customer service levels are met.

We have the systems and policies in place to support flexible working, which may include a mix of working from home and / or in one of our offices.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA).
