- The Principal Property and Projects Officer, as a senior member of the Property Unit, will contribute towards the provision of property project investigations, management of office accommodation and the sale of surplus Crown properties as well as assisting in major property projects, as required.**Hours per fortnight**:
Up to 73.5 - hours flexible - talk to us about how this could work for you. We are open to considering a range of flexible work options including part-time hours.

**Duties**:
The Principal Property and Projects Officer, as a senior member of the Property Unit, will contribute towards the provision of property project investigations, management of office accommodation and the sale of surplus Crown properties as well as assisting in major property projects, as required.

In the context of the selection criteria, to be successful in the position applicants will have:

- high level experience and skills in a range of strategic property projects, including office portfolio management, leasing, sales and related tasks;
- strong skills in managing property project and procurement processes; and

highly developed communication and negotiation skills in the context of liaising with professionals and clients.

**Highly Desirable Requirements**:
Completion or partial completion of relevant tertiary or industry qualifications, and/or professional affiliation.
