- The Property Officer will implement leasing and licencing strategies and manage information systems to ensure the achievement of broader outcomes required of the Infrastructure division in the delivery of the Tasmanian Health infrastructure program in accordance with Government requirements and meeting client needs. Duties: 1. Negotiate the delivery of efficient leasing/licencing outcomes (including management of issues relating to tenancies and lease renewals) to non-government entities in the context of Government requirements, Agency direction and meeting client service-delivery needs. 2. Develop, implement, maintain and manage contemporary and compliant information systems capturing leases, licences, tenancies, acquisitions, disposals and requests for accommodation in relation to the Agency’s property portfolio.The Property Officer works as part of the Accommodation Services team under broad direction from the Manager - Accommodation Services with a level of individual responsibility and autonomy.

**The role**:

- Negotiates the delivery of efficient leasing/licencing outcomes to non-government entities in the context of Government requirements and Agency direction;
- Develops, implements, maintains and manages contemporary and compliant information systems capturing leases, licences, tenancies, acquisitions, disposals and requests for accommodation in relation to the Agency's property portfolio;
- Undertakes project management responsibilities as required to progress business and process improvements across the accommodation services portfolio;
- Reconciles rental and service invoices for leased office accommodation;
- Establishes new operational guidelines/processes for car parking across the State, ensuring information is consistent with current policies, procedures, and systems;
- Assists undertaking general real estate services in relation to assets within the Agency's property portfolio.

**Details of Appointment**

Permanent, Full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight commencing as soon as possible.

**Salary**: $92,615 - 97,152 per annum + 10.5% superannuation

**Eligibility**:
