**About you**:
- 5+ years (desirable) of proven success in SaaS or enterprise software sales, with a focus on people related compliance.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, sales KPIs, and enterprise-level solution selling.
- Proficient in translating technical product features into clear business benefits for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and expertise in engaging with senior decision-makers and positioning solutions with their business objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Committed to fostering a seamless client experience, from initial engagement to post-sale success.
- A self-starter, who brings energy and passion in representing our solutions.
- Someone who is enthusiastic about helping customers find the right solution.
**DELIVERING THE GOOD, STRIVING FOR THE GREAT**
**Position responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Uncover and target, cultivate and secure new clients while nurturing long-term relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct product demos with passion, positioning solutions to address client needs and deliver ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate and manage a strong pipeline of leads.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the buying process and ensuring satisfaction.
- Expand client accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Build relationships with C-suite stakeholders and provide industry insights.
- Ensure smooth handoffs to the customer success team for onboarding and retention.
